이번엔 요즘 핫한 JTBC 드라마인  '대행사' 의 OST part 6 '제휘(JeHwi) - Bird'에 대해 글을 작성하겠습니다. 현재 드라마는 TVING(티빙)을 통해서 볼 수 있습니다.

줄거리 : JTBC 토일드라마 '대행사'는 불행했지만, 열심히 살아온 '고아인(이보영)'이 VC그룹에서 최초의 여성 임원이 되고, 최고의 위치까지 회사에서 올라가는 상황을 그린 광고 대행사 오피스 드라마입니다. 또한 그 과정에서 재벌가 자식들(강한나, 강한수)의 권력 다툼도 있습니다.  주연 배우로는 '이보영(고아인 역)', '손나은(강한나 역)', '조성하(최창수 역)', '한준우(박영우 역)', '전국환(강근철 역)' 등이 있습니다.

우아하고 처절한 광고인들의 전투극으로 색다른 재미를 선사하고 있는 JTBC 드라마 '대행사'의 여섯 번째 OST가 발매된다.

 

'Bird'는 극 중 터질 듯 말 듯한 감정의 도화선에 불을 지피는 시원한 록 장르의 곡이다. 제휘의 부드러우면서도 날카로운 음색과 드라마틱한 밴드 사운드가 완벽하게 어우러져 전체적인 분위기를 고조시킨다.

 

특히 'Bird'는 한국어 가사와 영어 가사 두 버전으로 발매돼 듣는 재미를 더할 전망이다. 또한 '싱어게인'과 'K팝스타'로 남다른 실력을 증명한 싱어송라이터 YEGNY(최예근)을 중심으로 트렌디한 사운드와 독보적인 연주력을 겸비한 밴드 'Paper Brick'의 멤버 김요한과 이진협이 작가진으로 참여해 완성도를 더했다.

 

가창에 참여한 제휘는 아이유의 '나의 옛날이야기' 편곡에 참여하며 화제를 모았으며, 이후 아이유의 '마음', '밤편지', '아이와 나의 바다', CHEEZE의 '긴 꿈에서', 정승환의 '눈사람' 등을 작곡해 음악적 재능을 입증했다. 이어 '나의 아저씨', '유미의 세포들' 등 인기 드라마 OST 작업에도 참여하며 시청자들에게 깊은 울림과 여운을 전한 바 있다.
